STM is a dude on the internet, and this is one of his websites. Another of his websites is Xeno Series Wiki, so this oughta give you a hint what he's about: the Xeno series, providing knowledge, and being good at computers.

Why?
You may be asking, if this guy owns and runs a wiki, why's he got a Neocities? Well, the wiki is a public service. It's not the right place for the my my stuff.

Yes, but they're social media. It's nice to have a place that isn't based on interaction with other people. And sometimes you just have to do it all from scratch, y'know?

So what do I got on this here site? Well currently, it's a big chunk of Xenoblade fanfiction.
