The most dangerous thing about an idea is that it often leads to more ideas. In the case of Rhapsodist's Shining Star, it lead to a sequel: a role reversal, where it's the birthday of the other main character.
Unlike RSS, ENYoD only has shippy undertones, rather than it being kind of blatant. Just like RSS, this wasn't really intentional - it's just how things turned out.

Notes & Trivia
- It is pretty clear that this fic was written pre-FC, what with Alvis saying he put Alcamoth underwater in the new world. But instead of changing or retconning this to work with FC, I pull out the Alvis classic: he lied. After all, the premise of FC is that no one ever thought of going to Alcamoth for a whole year - something must have been preventing them from doing so before then.
